Point-of-Sale Systems

What's this about?

Having a point-of-sale system on hand when you're at a market is one of the most helpful tips I can give. This means your customers do not have to have cash / exact change on them to purchase from you, nor do they have to find a nearby ATM. These systems are fast, can connect directly to your online inventory and store (if you have one), or they can help you set one up (if you need one).

be safe out there, and stay strange!

What's that? You say you didn't know PayPal had its own POS system? You're not the only one, from what I've experienced.
I have this POS myself and love it. I'll write a review of it sometime!
If you also have a Zettle and want to share your thoughts please do so.

While I've never used Square, I've also never heard of anyone having an issue with their service. They seem to cover the needs of both small and larger businesses and have a reputation for security and longevity.
